These Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the work estimate ("Estimates") provided by BuildingPlanner Interiors outlining the services, constitute the entire agreement between BuildingPlanner Interiors and you (referred to as the "Client"). These terms and conditions become applicable upon scheduling an appointment to avail of the services offered by BuildingPlanner Interiors (referred to as the "Services"). Before utilizing the Services, it is essential to carefully review these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Services. BuildingPlanner has agreed to furnish interior design, construction, and renovation services to the Client as specified in the quotation provided by the supplier to the Client, and to uphold these services based on the subsequent terms and conditions.
BuildingPlanner shall offer the Services for the Project, with the understanding that the Client will make payment to the Supplier as specified in the payment terms and schedule delineated in the quotation. Furthermore, BuildingPlanner will transport the necessary materials and equipment to the Project location (or any other mutually agreed location) and proceed with their installation at the Project location in accordance with the details provided in the quotation.When you sign up on the Platform, we collect personal information from (i) users who are interested in availing our services. All information disclosed by you shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and without any coercion. No liability pertaining to the authenticity/genuineness/misrepresentation/fraud/negligence, etc., of the information disclosed shall lie on BuildingPlanner, nor will BuildingPlanner in any way be responsible to verify any information obtained from you.
